Orders:
We will process your order within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, for mailing the next business day. We mail United States Postal Service priority mail in most cases. You will receive a copy of your order and credit card charge with your products.
BACKORDERS--if we do not have the product you want in stock, we will do our best to notify you by email of the expected delay.

Returns:
At Richey Resources, Inc. we back our product. You may return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, and you will receive a full refund of like purchase tender (minus shipping and handling).
NOTE: Customer is responsible for return postage.
