Here's How It Works:

1. You select two days, Mondays or Fridays, and a one hour time slot for your webinar.
2. All webinars are payable two weeks in advance. Each webinar is $500. You can pay every two weeks, or once a month. Upon receipt of payment, you will be given the access code and instructions of how to log on to your webinar.
3. If for any reason the webinar is not held at the appointed time, an alternate date and time will be mutually decided upon.
4. You are free to request specific topics for discussion, but you must let us know a minimum of one week in advance so we can prepare the material.
5. All dates and time slots are permanent unless Richey Resources Co. is notified 15 days in advance of the next webinar date. Alternate dates and times will be dependent upon availability.

IMPORTANT!

Due to Tom Richey's time constraints, only ten (10) home building firms will be able to participate in the Smart Sales Training Program.

There is no contract to sign. If for any reason you wish to cancel your Club membership, please advise us in writing fifteen (15) days prior to the next webinar so we may admit another firm. Any monies paid in advance but not expended on a webinar, will be cheerfully reimbursed.
